Yomim Noraim
On Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, all the Yeshiva’s Batei Medrash were filled to capacity. Tefillos were held in the Main Bais Medrash, as well as in Bais Shalom, and the third-floor Bais Medrash and the Scharf Family Bais Medrash in Bais Yeshaya. Thousands of bochurim, yungeleit, alumni and guests participated in the davening. On the first night of Rosh Hashanah, everyone lined up to wish the Roshei Yeshiva and the hanhalla a kesiva v’chasima tova and to receive their heartfelt brachos. On Motzei Yom Kippur the Rosh Yeshiva, once again, encouraged the olam to quickly break their fast and come back to the Bais Medrash to learn. This idea was well received by hundreds of talmidim and joining them was the Rosh Yeshiva, Mashgiach, and other hanhalla members.
