Sukkos in Eretz Yisroel
Sukkos in Eretz Yisroel was as beautiful as it is famed to be. The Yeshiva welcomed many guests from abroad who were delighted to bask in its warm, ruchnius atmosphere, and to visit the Rabbeim. The Rosh Hayeshiva Shlita and Mashgiach Shlita held Kabbalas Kahal twice, allowing the many talmidim and guests an opportunity to visit and be inspired.
The first night of Sukkos had a genuine Mishpachas Mir feel; many bochurim took advantage of the open invitation to all talmidim to join the Rosh Hayeshiva for the seudah in his sukkah, where they enjoyed “quality time” together with an enhanced personal connection.
On Hoshana Rabba, following the tradition started by both of their fathers, both the Rosh Hayeshiva and Mashgiach began the masechta of the upcoming zman.
