Los Angeles Young Alumni Kickoff Event

Several young alumni in Los Angeles recently informed the Yeshiva’s New York office that they were seeking to strengthen the connection with the Mir. Tzvi Eli Lefkowitz and Dovid Schwab – two volunteers with roots in LA – flew over to help them arrange a Young Alumni Kickoff Event at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dovid Wertheimer. The large number of participants listened with great interest as two veteran alumni – Yaakov Rosenblatt and Yonatan Weiss – described their own feelings when, as young alumni returning from Eretz Yisroel, they staked their own claim in the zchus of getting involved with the Yeshiva. The attendees are now enthusiastically working on taking their efforts to the next level.
