The communities of England will be conducting an online fundraising campaign during the first two days of Selichos – September 18-19 – to benefit the Yeshiva. Several weeks ago, just before Rosh Chodesh Av, Hagaon Harav Yitzchok Ezrachi Shlita initiated this effort with a special visit to England, where he met with individuals as well as small groups to introduce and underscore the significance of the campaign. This was followed by a more recent visit by the Rosh Yeshiva, Hagaon Harav Binyomin Carlebach and Rav Aharon Finkel. They were joined by Mr. Ralph Herzka, whose presence greatly encouraged our friends in England to take this opportunity and claim their share in the Torah of the Mir.
