Cincinnati Kabbalas Ponim with the Mir
Cincinnati Kabbalas Ponim with the Mir took place on Monday, January 9th with the participation of the Rosh Yeshiva Hagaon Harav Nachman and Rebbetzin Levovitz. Rav Nachman gave Divrei Chizuk following Shacharis at the new Mesivta of Cincinnati. At both the Cincinnati Hebrew Day School and the Boys of Ohr Torah, Rav Levovitz personally greeted and gave warm, inspirational berachos to each of the boys; he also visited the Community Kollel. Rebbetzin Sara Levovitz visited the Atara High School, as well as the girls’ divisions of the Hebrew Day School and Ohr Torah.
At 5 PM, over twenty families greeted the Rosh Yeshiva and Rebbetzin an a special “open house” hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Yehoshua Pransky. Later in the evening, the women of the community attended a chinuch shiur from Rebbetzin Levovitz – followed by a Q&A session – at the home of Rabbi Avrohom and Mrs. Ayala Weinrib. The men gathered at a Kabbalas Ponim at the home of an alumnus, Mr. and Mrs. Yosef and Adina Zoimen. Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie and Dina Wilheim, who had the zechus of hosting the Rosh Yeshiva and Rebbetzin, arranged a beautiful dinner at their home, which was attended by the local rabbeim and Roshei Kollel.
